All AI-generated insights are informational only and should not be considered financial advice.

To use Trade AI Hub, you must: Provide a valid email address and create a secure password. Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate and complete information. Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free Plan: Available indefinitely with limited features as described on our pricing page. Pro Plan: A paid subscription billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact [email protected] for a full refund. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Our AI-powered features (insights, pattern detection, risk analysis, TakeZ Score, and copilot) are designed to help you understand your trading data. However: AI insights are informational and educational only. They do not constitute financial advice or trading recommendations. Past performance analysis does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We are not liable for any trading losses that may occur while using our platform.

When using Trade AI Hub, you agree to: Use the service only for lawful purposes. Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform. Not use the service to launder money or engage in illegal trading activities. Take full responsibility for your own trading decisions. Not share your account credentials with others.

Our Content: All Trade AI Hub branding, design, code, AI models, and features are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our platform. Your Data: You retain full ownership of your trade data. We do not claim any ownership rights over your trading records, notes, or analysis. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Your use of Trade AI Hub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our service, you consent to data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Trade AI Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss due to circumstances beyond our control, or actions of third-party services (Stripe, OpenAI, MetaApi).

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. We will provide notice when possible. By You: You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
