If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Trade Data: Trades you import (via CSV or MT4/MT5 sync through MetaApi) including entry/exit prices, dates, lot sizes, pairs, and any notes or tags you add. Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage patterns such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve our service.

We use your information for the following purposes: Service Delivery: To provide trade journaling, metrics calculation, and dashboard features. AI Analysis: Your trade data is analyzed by our AI agents (powered by OpenAI) to generate insights, detect patterns, and provide personalized recommendations. Only anonymized trade data is sent to AI providers. Service Improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us improve features and user experience.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with enterprise-grade security measures: Row-Level Security (RLS): Every database query is automatically filtered so you can only access your own data. Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and sensitive fields like API credentials are encrypted at rest. Access Control: Our team follows the principle of least privilege. No employee can access your individual trade data.

We integrate with the following third-party services: Stripe: Processes payments. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. OpenAI: Powers our AI analysis features. We send anonymized trade data (no personal identifiers) for analysis. OpenAI does not use this data for training. MetaApi: If you choose to sync MT4/MT5, MetaApi acts as an intermediary to access your broker data. Your broker credentials are encrypted and never stored in plaintext.

You have the following rights regarding your data: Access: You can view all your data in your dashboard at any time. Export: You can export your trade data in CSV format from your account settings. Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. We comply with GDPR (EU) and LGPD (Brazil) regulations. We use only essential cookies required for the service to function: Authentication cookies to keep you logged in. Language preference cookies to remember your selected language. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.

Active Account: Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Deleted Account: When you delete your account, all personal data and trade data is permanently purged within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated statistics may be retained for service improvement. Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be flagged for deletion. We will notify you via email before any action is taken.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of Trade AI Hub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
